Corrections

Correction Policy

A credible question bank must make errors reviewable. Nepal Entrance provides a report action on eligible question-review screens and separates a report from an approved correction.

Last reviewed: 26 July 2026

How to report an issue

  • Open the answer-review or question interface where the item appears.
  • Use the report action and identify whether the concern is the answer, wording, explanation, source or classification.
  • Include a primary source or a clear reason when possible; do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

How reports are handled

A report enters an administrative review queue. The reviewer should compare the question, options, accepted answer, explanation and cited evidence. A supported change should record what changed and should not silently rewrite an already submitted historical attempt.

Urgent issues that could misgrade active tests should be unpublished or excluded while they are reviewed. Unsupported or duplicate reports may be closed without changing the question.

Time-sensitive pages

For a changed date or eligibility rule, first verify the newest notice on the responsible institution’s official domain. The content review date should be updated only after the visible summary and source link have both been checked.
